Agency commissions 1.1 BUYING AND SELLING Price of published properties for sale includes agency commission and legal help in creating purchase contract and clear ownership transfer in land registrar.

Our company offers to the buyer attorney services over office of attorney Alan Hranilovic in amount of 1% of the determined sale price. (Special conditions are possible just with approval of director). For real estate with value from 1.000.000 Euro commission is defined upon agreement. |
