If you’ll decide to buy our property we’re encourage you to come to visit us.
You pay your airfare and we’ll pay you accommodation in nearest 4* hotel!
We know that for buying decision it’s not enough conversation through internet or telephone and
that you need to come to see on your eyes what we can offer to you. We’re willing to pay you for 2
people and 2 nights accommodation in nearest 4* hotel.
When you’ll arrive to the Pula international airport our representative will waiting for you and he will
take care for your pleasant staying in our beautiful Istria peninsula surroundings.
If you’ll decide to buy our villas in luxury resort Fameya, you need to deposit down payment to the
bank, lawyer or notary in the amount of 100.000€. The rest of the money you’ll pay during the
takeover.
Fameya offers the possibility of an organized villa renting, during the period you do not wish
to use it.
