Two exclusive off plan projects on Dalmatian Riviera:

The Dubrovnik off plan project is 1,169m2 of land situated 18km from the old city of Dubrovnik.  The construction of double villa with 11 luxury apartments, underground garages, a swimming pool and recreational facilities with total gross built area of 1,745 m2 has been planned based on the design of the well-known Viennese architect.

The Trogir off plan project is 4,027 m2 of land located in the immediate vicinity of Trogir (an UNESCO protected World heritage monument), and is connected via a major road with Split, which is the regional economic and cultural centre.  The land is zoned for construction of residential buildings, garages and other additional facilities of total maximum built up area of approximately 4,000 gross m2 (basement+ground floor+2).  The site is favorable for the construction of second home/holiday apartments, and is attractive to both the foreign and domestic market.  The project is currently in the planning stage. 

Both projects are characterized by excellent location, accessibility, proximity to the major towns (Split, Trogir, Dubrovnik) which are famous for their cultural heritage and tourism, excellent traffic connection (vicinity of airports and the Zagreb-Split highway), clear ownership titles and the existence of relevant urban development plans.
